123 Trivia

Looking for a fun way to get together, but tired of the same old trivia options? 123 is a fresh approach to playing trivia. Easy to learn, whether you’re a trivia master, or beginner – there is something for everyone. It’s not about what you know, but how much you know.

Using our mobile app, you can play solo or as part of a team from anywhere! Join us in person each week, or play from home. 

With the app, you are playing against the clock, as each multiple choice question is only available for a limited amount of time. Additionally, the point values and challenge levels increase with each question in the round.

123 Trivia is a weekly live trivia night designed to boost bar traffic, build community, and turn slow nights into your busiest nights of the week. We handle everything—from game content to host management—so your team can focus on service.

We assign a professional host to run your event, provide all questions through our proprietary mobile app, and manage setup, gameplay, and scoring. Players join using their phones—no pens or paper needed—and the game runs seamlessly through our system.
Most venues choose slower nights (typically Mondays through Thursdays). We’ll help you identify the night that best complements your existing crowd and schedule.
Weekly trivia nights work best for NYC bars — consistent events create regular traffic and brand recognition.
We play three games of trivia across two hours; this allows players more chances to win and keeps them staying, playing, and paying.
Each trivia night is promoted through 123 Trivia’s channels (website, email, and social), plus we provide you with ready-to-post graphics and descriptions to boost awareness on your own pages. Many venues see their trivia night become a signature weekly event.
Just WiFi and (ideally) a TV we can use for trivia. If you don’t have a sound system, we have wireless mic/speakers we can use.
Our question library spans 400+ categories—from Pop Culture and Movies to Sports, History, Music, and more. We also create themed nights (e.g., “Barbie vs. Oppenheimer,” “Taylor Swift Night,” “2000s Throwback”) to keep things fresh and engaging.

It’s the most fun you’ll have on a weeknight! We offer the feeling of a game show at your local bar, with a mix of questions that will have everyone engaged. With 123 Trivia it’s not about what you know, but how much you know!

Bring your friends, test your knowledge, and win prizes—all while enjoying great drinks and vibes.  

Download the 123 Fun app, enter the room code provided by the host – and you’re on your way!

Trivia runs two hours, with three independent games that give you more chances to win! Each game lasts 30 minutes, and we award prizes for first, second, and third place. 

First place wins a free round of drinks. Second place wins $10 off their tab. Additionally, the top three teams all get fun stickers that our fans love to collect!

Most of our venues are free to play, but some do have a two drink minimum per person. Please check with each venue.

We have a maximum of FIVE per team. 

Everything from music, movies, and sports to history, geography, and pop culture. We also have topical/seasonal questions to keep things feeling current! 

All answers are entered through your phone using our 123 Trivia app. You’ll see the leaderboard update live throughout the game!
